Sour cream cucumber salad

Measure Ingredient
4 \N Cucumbers
1 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Sour cream
2 teaspoons Dill, chopped
\N \N Salt & pepper to taste

Place Slices in bowl, sprinkle with salt & let stand 1 hour at room temperature. Drain & rinse with cold water to remove salt then squeeze dry.
