Ingredients

| 2 | pounds | Ground round burger |
| ½ | pounds | Ground pork |
| 1 | cup | Canned tomatoes |
| ½ | cup | Green bell pepper, chopped |
| ½ | cup | Mushroom |
| 1 | cup | Red wine |
| 1 | Egg | |
| 2 | cups | Bread crumbs or crackers |
| ½ | cup | Canned pimentos |
| ½ | can | Onion, chopped |
| Bacon strips | ||
Directions
Mix crumbs, egg, wine. Let set 15 minutes. Add rest of ingredients. Shape into loaf. Put in greased loaf pan. Cook medium-high one hour. Cook moderate w/bacon on top ½ hour. Entered 10/16/94 NOTES : Best meatloaf ever! Probably an expanded version of Meatloaf #1.
NOTES : This is my father-in-law's recipe. It's the best meatloaf I know.
