Measure | Ingredient |

2 pounds | Ground round burger |
½ pounds | Ground pork |
1 cup | Canned tomatoes |
½ cup | Green bell pepper, chopped |
½ cup | Mushroom |
1 cup | Red wine |
1 \N | Egg |
2 cups | Bread crumbs or crackers |
½ cup | Canned pimentos |
½ can | Onion, chopped |
\N \N | Bacon strips |
Mix crumbs, egg, wine. Let set 15 minutes. Add rest of ingredients. Shape into loaf. Put in greased loaf pan. Cook medium-high one hour. Cook moderate w/bacon on top ½ hour. Entered 10/16/94 NOTES : Best meatloaf ever! Probably an expanded version of Meatloaf #1.
NOTES : This is my father-in-law's recipe. It's the best meatloaf I know.
