Ppp's meatloaf #2

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Ground round burger
½ pounds Ground pork
1 cup Canned tomatoes
½ cup Green bell pepper, chopped
½ cup Mushroom
1 cup Red wine
1 \N Egg
2 cups Bread crumbs or crackers
½ cup Canned pimentos
½ can Onion, chopped
\N \N Bacon strips

Mix crumbs, egg, wine. Let set 15 minutes. Add rest of ingredients. Shape into loaf. Put in greased loaf pan. Cook medium-high one hour. Cook moderate w/bacon on top ½ hour. Entered 10/16/94 NOTES : Best meatloaf ever! Probably an expanded version of Meatloaf #1.

NOTES : This is my father-in-law's recipe. It's the best meatloaf I know.
