Yield: 1 Servings
|2 pounds||Ground round burger|
|½ pounds||Ground pork|
|1 cup||Canned tomatoes|
|½ cup||Green bell pepper, chopped|
|1 cup||Red wine|
|2 cups||Bread crumbs or crackers|
|½ cup||Canned pimentos|
|½ can||Onion, chopped|
|\N \N||Bacon strips|
Mix crumbs, egg, wine. Let set 15 minutes. Add rest of ingredients. Shape into loaf. Put in greased loaf pan. Cook medium-high one hour. Cook moderate w/bacon on top ½ hour. Entered 10/16/94 NOTES : Best meatloaf ever! Probably an expanded version of Meatloaf #1.
NOTES : This is my father-in-law's recipe. It's the best meatloaf I know.
