Meatloaf ramoo

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Ground beef
2 teaspoons Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper
½ teaspoon Curry powder
½ teaspoon Garlic powder
2 \N Eggs
2 tablespoons Minced onion
2 larges Peeled; chopped granny
\N \N ; smith apples
½ cup Orange juice
½ cup Chopped chutney

Directions: In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except the chutney. Line a shallow pan with foil. Shape the mixture into a loaf. Place in pan and chill. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Remove meatloaf from oven and spread with chutney. Return meatloaf to oven for 10 minutes. Makes 6-8 servings.
