Powter cucumber yogurt dressing

Measure Ingredient
1 medium Cucumber; peeled and cut in pieces
1 \N Bunch scallions; 5-6, cut into small pieces, include some of the green
16 ounces Plain non fat yogurt; drain off liquid
3 tablespoons Lemon; juiced, about 1/4c
1 teaspoon Dried basil; or 1T fresh dillweed
2 tablespoons Chopped parsley
2 cloves Garlic
1½ teaspoon Salt; or to taste
½ teaspoon Black pepper; or to taste

Place all in food proc and blend until smooth. Serve over salad greens, pasta salad, etc.
