3 tablespoons | Lemon; juiced, about 1/4c |
1 teaspoon | Dried basil; or 1T fresh dillweed |
2 tablespoons | Chopped parsley |
2 cloves | Garlic |
1½ teaspoon | Salt; or to taste |
½ teaspoon | Black pepper; or to taste |
Place all in food proc and blend until smooth. Serve over salad greens, pasta salad, etc.
