Powter cucumber yogurt dressing

1 | medium | Cucumber; peeled and cut in pieces |
1 | \N | Bunch scallions; 5-6, cut into small pieces, include some of the green |
16 | ounces | Plain non fat yogurt; drain off liquid |
3 | tablespoons | Lemon; juiced, about 1/4c |
1 | teaspoon | Dried basil; or 1T fresh dillweed |
2 | tablespoons | Chopped parsley |
2 | cloves | Garlic |
1½ | teaspoon | Salt; or to taste |
½ | teaspoon | Black pepper; or to taste |
Place all in food proc and blend until smooth. Serve over salad greens, pasta salad, etc.
