Mustard yogurt dressing

Ingredients

| 1 | teaspoon | dry mustard | 
| ½ | teaspoon | paprika | 
| 1 | teaspoon | salt | 
| 1 | teaspoon | sugar | 
Directions
Combine seasonings with ¼ cup of the yogurt; mix thoroughly. Add to remaining yogurt. Mix well, turn into a small jar, cover, and chill several hours before use. Values per serving: CHO 2 gm., PRO 1 gm., FAT 0, Calories 16, Sodium 148 mg. with salt. Food Exchange per serving: Up to 2 TBSP may be considered "free." (Right, even with the sugar.)
