Cucumber herb dressing^

Yield: 12 servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Parsley
1 tablespoon Fresh dill, minced
1 teaspoon Fresh tarragon, minced
2 tablespoons Apple juice concentrate
1 medium Cucumber, peeled, seeded and
\N \N Chopped
1 clove Garlic, minced
2 \N Green onions, cut in 1\"
\N \N Pieces
1½ teaspoon White wine vinegar
½ cup Lowfat yogurt
¼ teaspoon Dijon mustard, no salt
\N \N Added

Combine all ingredients except yogurt and mustard in blender. Blend until smooth, stir in yogurt and mustard. Store in refrigerator.
