⅓ cup | Nonfat plain yogurt |
1 tablespoon | Honey |

¼ cup | Mayonnaise (optional) |
Let cucumber tossed with salt stand in a sieve for 15 minutes to drain liquid. Stir together ingredients. Pour on tomatoes or add ¼ cup mayonnaise and toss with chilled cooked potato cubes and sliced onion.
