1 medium Cucumber, Peeled, Seeded
And Shredded
1 (8 Oz.) Carton Plain Low
Fat Yogurt
2 Green Onions, Finely
Chopped
1 tablespoon Fresh Chopped Parsley
1 teaspoon Vinegar
½ teaspoon Dried Dillweed
⅛ teaspoon Garlic Powder

Pat Cucumber With Paper Towels Until Barely Moist. Combine Cucumber and Remaining Ingredients in A Medium Bowl. Cover & Chill At Least 2 Hours. Serve With Greek Stuffed Footballs.
