Potato salad - bulk

Yield: 2 gallons

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Sweet pickle juice
4 cups Sweet pickles
8 eaches Onions, chopped
10 pounds Potatoes
⅓ cup Vinegar
24 eaches Hard boiled eggs
2 tablespoons Parsley
1 tablespoon Salad herbs
2 teaspoons MSG
17 ounces Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons White pepper
1½ tablespoon Bon Appetit
4 cups Celery, chopped
3 tablespoons Garlic salt
2 tablespoons Paprika
6 cups Salad dressing-Miracle whip
4 teaspoons Creol seasoning

Boil and peel potatoes. Chop into appropriate size. Mix tenderely all other ingredients and allow at least 2 hours for flavors to blend.
