| 8 | eaches | Onions, chopped |
| 10 | pounds | Potatoes |
| ⅓ | cup | Vinegar |
| 24 | eaches | Hard boiled eggs |
| 2 | tablespoons | Parsley |
| 1 | tablespoon | Salad herbs |
| 2 | teaspoons | MSG |
| 17 | ounces | Dijon mustard |
| 2 | tablespoons | White pepper |
| 1½ | tablespoon | Bon Appetit |
| 4 | cups | Celery, chopped |
| 3 | tablespoons | Garlic salt |
| 2 | tablespoons | Paprika |
| 6 | cups | Salad dressing-Miracle whip |
| 4 | teaspoons | Creol seasoning |
Directions
Boil and peel potatoes. Chop into appropriate size. Mix tenderely all other ingredients and allow at least 2 hours for flavors to blend.
