Party potato salad

Ingredients

cupCooked potatoes; cubed or sliced
1teaspoonSugar
1teaspoonVinegar
¼cupChopped onion
½cupDiced celery
¼cupDiced sweet pickles
teaspoonSalt
¼teaspoonCelery seed
¾cupMayonnaise
2Hard boiled eggs; cubed

Directions

Sprinkle potatoes while still warm with sugar & vinegar. Add onion, celery, pickle & seasonings. Let cool; add mayonnaise. Toss to blend & carefully fold in egg slices. Chill.
