Big bowl potato salad

½cupRadish -- slices
¼cupChopped green pepper
2tablespoonsGreen onion -- slices
2Hard-boiled egg -- chopped
teaspoonSalt
teaspoonPepper
cupMiracle whip. -- salad
Dressing
Lettuce
1Hard-boiled egg -- sliced
Green pepper -- strips
Tomato wedges

Directions

Recipe by: Kraft Tv recipes, 75/01 Preparation Time: 12:0 Combine potatoes, celery, radishes, green pepper, green onion, eggs, seasonings and salad dressing; mix lightly. Press into 1½ quart bowl lightly brushed with salad dressing. Chill several hours or overnight.

Unmold; surround with lettuce. Garnish with egg slices, green pepper and tomato to form flowers. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
