Potato salad 2

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3½ pounds Red-skinned potatoes; boiled and sliced
1 cup Mayonnaise
½ cup Pickle juice
2 \N Hard-boiled eggs; chopped
1 bunch Scallions; chopped
1 \N Jar pimientos; drained

Mix all ingredients. Serve.
