Potato salad for a crowd

36eachesHard boiled eggs, diced
12eachesCelery stalks, diced
4bunchesGreen onions, chopped
6bunchesRadishes, chopped
6quartsMayonnaise or Miracle Whip (MW gives nicer flavour)
13½canEvaporated milk (gives nicer flavour than light cream)
3cupsSugar
2cupsVinegar
15-18 tsp dry mustard

Directions

Mix together the potatoes, eggs, celery, onions and radishes.
