|90 pounds||Potatoes, cooked, cooled and diced|
|36 eaches||Hard boiled eggs, diced|
|12 eaches||Celery stalks, diced|
|4 bunches||Green onions, chopped|
|6 bunches||Radishes, chopped|
|6 quarts||Mayonnaise or Miracle Whip (MW gives nicer flavour)|
|13½ can||Evaporated milk (gives nicer flavour than light cream)|
|15-18 tsp dry mustard|
Mix together the potatoes, eggs, celery, onions and radishes.
