Potato salad

| 4 | cups | Cubed cooked potatoes |
| 1 | cup | Mayonnaise |
| 4 | Hard boiled eggs -- chopped | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Prepared mustard |
| ½ | cup | Chopped onion |
| ½ | teaspoon | Celery seed |
| ½ | cup | Chopped celery |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | tablespoon | Vinegar |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| ½ | cup | Chopped sweet or dill pickle |
Directions
Combine mayonaise, mustard, celery seed, vinegar, salt and pepper; mix well. Then combine potatoes, eggs, onion, celery and pickle.
Add dressing to potato mixture; mix lightly. Chill.
