Potato salad

Measure Ingredient
4 cups Cubed cooked potatoes
1 cup Mayonnaise
4 Hard boiled eggs -- chopped
1 teaspoon Prepared mustard
½ cup Chopped onion
½ teaspoon Celery seed
½ cup Chopped celery
½ teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Vinegar
⅛ teaspoon Pepper
½ cup Chopped sweet or dill pickle

Combine mayonaise, mustard, celery seed, vinegar, salt and pepper; mix well. Then combine potatoes, eggs, onion, celery and pickle.

Add dressing to potato mixture; mix lightly. Chill.
