Pork barbecue sauce

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Onion, finely minced
¾ cup Garlic, finely minced
2 tablespoons Tiger sauce
2 tablespoons Worchestershire sauce
2½ tablespoon Mustard

Blend together all ingredients. The technique used was to stab large holes in a pork roast, massage the sauce into the holes produced and marinate overnight.
