(Linda/BDT Burbank, Ca) Combine pineapple, strawberries, sugar, cornstarch, 1 teaspoon lemon peel and 1 tablespoon lemon juice in a large saucepan. Cook, stirring until sauce boils and thickens. Cool. Serve over ice cream. 8 servings.
