Fresh pineapple sauce

Ingredients

QuantityIngredient
¼Fresh pineapple; cored, cut in chunks
¼cupSugar
2tablespoonsDark rum
1tablespoonFresh lime or lemon juice

Directions

Puree pineapple till smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend well.

NOTES : Wonderful on sorbet or ice cream.
