Fresh pineapple sauce

Ingredients
| Quantity | Ingredient | |

| ¼ | Fresh pineapple; cored, cut in chunks | |
| ¼ | cup | Sugar |
| 2 | tablespoons | Dark rum |
| 1 | tablespoon | Fresh lime or lemon juice |
Directions
Puree pineapple till smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
NOTES : Wonderful on sorbet or ice cream.
