Pineapple sauce #2

Yield: 10 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
1 can (20-oz) crushed pineapple with juice
¼ cup Cinnamon candies
¼ cup Orange juice (or orange liqueur)

In a medium saucepan, place cornstarch. Drain and reserve the juice from pineapple. Slowly add the reserved juice to the cornstarch, stirring well until smooth. Add the crushed pineapple, candy and orange juice. Place the saucepan over high heat, and cook until thickened, stirring *constantly*.
