|1 cup||Diced pineapple|
Combine flour and sugar. Add pineapple juice, lemon juice, and grated lemon rind. Cook over hot water, stirring constantly, until thick.
Add pineapple and marshmallows. Mix thoroughly. Serve with pudding or frozen desserts.
