Pineapple-apricot jam

Ingredients

| 7 | cups | Sliced fresh apricots | 
| 3 | cups | Crushed pineapple (& juice) | 
| 5 | cups | Sugar | 
Directions
Mix apricots with sugar and pineapple.  Cook until thick (about 25 minutes).  Pour into sterilized half-pint jars to within ¼ inch of top. 
Put on cap, screw band firmly tight.  Process in boiling water bath ten minutes.
