Pineapple sponge

Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Gelatin
4 \N Egg whites
¾ cup Sugar
1 \N Banana, diced
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 \N Orange, peeled and diced
½ cup Crushed pineapple
¾ cup Chopped nuts
¼ cup Cold water
2 tablespoons Lemon juice

Soften gelatin in cold water. Dissolve over boiling water. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold in sugar and salt. Carefully add fruits, nuts, and lemon juice. Add gelatin, stirring constantly. Pour into molds. Chill. 8 servings.
