Measure | Ingredient |

3 tablespoons | Margarine or butter |
½ cup | Brown sugar |
6 \N | Slices canned pineapple |
12 \N | Maraschino cherries |
\N \N | Ginger cake mix |
Melt the 3 T butter or margarine in an 8x2 inch square pan. Add the ½ cup of brown sugar and well-drained pineapple slices and cherries. Fill ⅔ full with gingercake batter and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. May substitute white or yellow cake mix.
