Pineapple pudding^

cupCornstarch
2tablespoonsPineapple juice
4largesStrawberries

Directions

Blend all ingredients except strawberries in a blender until smooth.

Pour into top of double boiler and cook until thickened. Cool slightly and pour into 4 dessert dishes and chill. Top with strawberry before serving.
