Pineapple bread

| 1 | can | (20 oz) pineapple; crushed |
| 1 | cup | Unsweetened applesauce |
| 2½ | cup | Unbleached flour |
| 3 | teaspoons | Baking soda |
| 2 | teaspoons | Baking powder |
| 1 | cup | Low fat buttermilk |
| 1 | tablespoon | Ground cinnamon |
| 2 | cups | Unbleached flour; (additional) |
Directions
IN A LARGE BOWL COMBINE
THEN ADD
MIX UNTIL SMOOTH AND ADD
Spray bundt pans with non-stick cooking spray. Fill each 2/3s full of batter and bake in a 325 degree F oven for 45 minutes. Makes 3 small bundt pans; or 1 large and 1 small; or 3 loaf pans.
