Pineapple bread

1can(20 oz) pineapple; crushed
1cupUnsweetened applesauce
cupUnbleached flour
3teaspoonsBaking soda
2teaspoonsBaking powder
1cupLow fat buttermilk
1tablespoonGround cinnamon
2cupsUnbleached flour; (additional)

Directions

IN A LARGE BOWL COMBINE

THEN ADD

MIX UNTIL SMOOTH AND ADD

Spray bundt pans with non-stick cooking spray. Fill each 2/3s full of batter and bake in a 325 degree F oven for 45 minutes. Makes 3 small bundt pans; or 1 large and 1 small; or 3 loaf pans.
