| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | Stick margarine | |
| 8 | ounces | Pkg. |
| Cheese -- or FatFree | ||
| ¾ | To 1 lb. | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla |
| 1 | cup | Chopped nuts -- optional |
| Crushed pineapple -- | ||
| Cream cheese or Light cream | ||
| Confectioner's sugar | ||
Directions
Mix sugar, flour, pineapple, water, vanilla, eggs, soda and salt. Pour in greased 15x10" cak pan or cookie sheet with sides. Bake at 350 F. for 30-35 minutes. Icing: cream margarine, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Mix until pourable. Add nuts, if desired. Spread on warm cake. Refrigerate.
