Pineapple sheet cake

Yield: 20 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Sugar
2 cups Flour
1 pounds Can
\N \N Undrained
½ cup Water
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 \N Eggs
2 teaspoons Baking soda
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 \N Stick margarine
8 ounces Pkg.
\N \N Cheese -- or FatFree
¾ \N To 1 lb.
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Chopped nuts -- optional
\N \N Crushed pineapple --
\N \N Cream cheese or Light cream
\N \N Confectioner's sugar

Mix sugar, flour, pineapple, water, vanilla, eggs, soda and salt. Pour in greased 15x10" cak pan or cookie sheet with sides. Bake at 350 F. for 30-35 minutes. Icing: cream margarine, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Mix until pourable. Add nuts, if desired. Spread on warm cake. Refrigerate.
