Pineapple pasta refresher

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 cups Rotelle or rotini
20 ounces Pineapple chunks; drained
3 cups Seasonal fruit
1 cup Sliced celery
1 cup Vanilla yogurt
¼ cup Mayonaisse
½ teaspoon Ground ginger

From: Chris Susalski <DntlQueen@...> Date: Wed, 17 Jul 1996 16:19:45 -0400 Cook pasta, drain and rinse in cold water. Place in bowl with pineapple, fruit and celery, toss. Whisk yogurt, mayo and ginger together, stir into pasta/fruit mixture. YUMMY!

Notes: My mom used lemon yogurt instead of vanilla flavor, and for the seasonal fruit she used grapes (white and red) and strawberries.
