Creamy pineapple tutti-frutti

Ingredients

| 1 | can | 8 oz crushed pineapple |
| 4 | ounces | Gingersnaps |
| 1 | tablespoon | Dry sherry |
| 2 | tablespoons | Golden raisins |
| ¼ | cup | Mandarin oranges |
| ½ | cup | Whipping cream |
| Grated chocolate (garnish) | ||
Directions
Drain pineapple; crush gingersnaps. Mix together with sherry, raisins and oranges. Lightly whip cream; gently fold in pineapple-gingersnap mixture; chill. Spoon into dessert or parfait glasses; sprinkle with grated chocolate; serve cold. Serves 4.
