Yield: 4 servings
|¾ cup||Distilled white vinegar|
|1||Can (15-17oz) can petite peas, drained|
|16 ounces||Can corn kernals; drained|
|1 cup||Celery; chopped|
|1 cup||Onions; chopped|
Combine the vinegar, sugar and water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over med heat. Boil for 5 mins, then remove from the heat and cool completely.
In a med bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Pour the cooled vinegar mixture over the vegetables and chill 4 hours or overnight.
