Marinated peas and beans

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can (17-oz) tiny green peas
1 can (16-oz) French-cut green beans
1 cup Celery; diced
2 \N Pimientos; chopped
1 small Onion; diced
1 \N Green pepper; diced
1 cup Sugar
½ cup Oil
½ teaspoon Paprika
1 cup Vinegar
1 dash Salt

Mix sugar, oil, paprika, vinegar and salt. Pour over vegetables and let stand for 8 hours or overnight. Mix thoroughly before serving.
