Peppery rice

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Brown rice
4 cups Chicken broth
¼ cup Green onion, chopped
¼ cup Red peppers, chopped
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
¼ teaspoon Cayenne pepper
¼ teaspoon White pepper

Place rice and chicken broth in a 3 quart saucepan. Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer another 20 minutes. Serves 6.
