Pimento rice

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Rice
2 tablespoons Pimento
1 \N Scallion
3 tablespoons Soy sauce
2 tablespoons Oil
½ teaspoon Sugar

1. Boil or steam rice (see recipes).

2. Dice pimento and mince scallion. Then add to cooked rice, along with soy sauce, oil and sugar. Mix well to blend; then serve.
