Pimento rice

2tablespoonsPimento
1Scallion
3tablespoonsSoy sauce
2tablespoonsOil
½teaspoonSugar

Directions

1. Boil or steam rice (see recipes).

2. Dice pimento and mince scallion. Then add to cooked rice, along with soy sauce, oil and sugar. Mix well to blend; then serve.
