Spicy rice

cupOrange juice
1tablespoonGinger; grated
¼teaspoonHot chili oil
½teaspoonSesame oil
½teaspoonSalt
1cupLong-grain white rice

Directions

In a medium pan, combine the water, orange juice, ginger, chili and sesame oils and salt. Bring to a boil and stir in the rice. Continue to boil, stirring occasionally, until the liquid just covers the rice. Cover, turn the heat to low and cook 15 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
