⅓ cup | Orange juice |
1 tablespoon | Ginger; grated |
¼ teaspoon | Hot chili oil |
½ teaspoon | Sesame oil |
½ teaspoon | Salt |
1 cup | Long-grain white rice |
In a medium pan, combine the water, orange juice, ginger, chili and sesame oils and salt. Bring to a boil and stir in the rice. Continue to boil, stirring occasionally, until the liquid just covers the rice. Cover, turn the heat to low and cook 15 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
