Spicy rice

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1⅔ cup Water
⅓ cup Orange juice
1 tablespoon Ginger; grated
¼ teaspoon Hot chili oil
½ teaspoon Sesame oil
½ teaspoon Salt
1 cup Long-grain white rice

In a medium pan, combine the water, orange juice, ginger, chili and sesame oils and salt. Bring to a boil and stir in the rice. Continue to boil, stirring occasionally, until the liquid just covers the rice. Cover, turn the heat to low and cook 15 minutes. Fluff with a fork. Nutritional Information per serving: 188 calories, 1g fat, no cholesterol, 272mg sodium
