4 vegetable relish

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
3 larges Tomatoes, peeled, wedged
½ cup Green pepper, chopped
½ cup Cucumber, peeled, grated
1 tablespoon Onion, grated
½ teaspoon Seasoned salt
½ teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Pepper

Combine all ingredients. Chill ½ hour or longer to blend flavors.

Excellent with fried chicken. A summer substitute for salad.
