Paul's burgers on the grill

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground beef
¼ cup Ketchup
¼ cup Onion -- finely chopped
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
½ teaspoon Salt
4 Hamburger buns -- split
Lettuce leaves and tomato optional

Combine the first six ingredients in a medium bowl; mix well. Shape into four patties. Grill over medium coals for 4-5 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Serve on buns; top with lettuce and tomato if desired.
