Measure | Ingredient |

6 \N | Rib chops, 1/2\" thick (up to 8) |
2 teaspoons | Ginger |
1 teaspoon | Garlic powder |
1 teaspoon | Salt |
3 tablespoons | Shortening |
2 \N | Chicken bouillon cubes |
1 cup | Ginger ale |
2 packs | (10 oz.) frozen baby lima beans |
¼ cup | Diced pimento |
1 can | (8 oz.) baby onions |
Combine seasonings and rub on chops. Brown chops in hot fat. Combine bouillon cubes and ginger ale and pour over chops. Simmer for ½ hour.
Cook beans just until barely tender. Drain. Combine beans, pimento, and onions in 9 X 13 baking dish. Arrange chops on mixture and pour brown sauce from skillet over all. Cover with foil and bake 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Posted to Recipe Archive - 23 Mar 97 by ted by: ajewell@...
