Marinated pork chops

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
4 \N (1 inch) pork chops
\N \N Peppercorns
½ cup Olive oil
½ cup Wine vinegar
3 \N Cloves garlic, minced
1 \N Bay leaf, crushed
\N \N Salt and pepper, to taste
¼ teaspoon Dry mustard

Place all ingredients, except pork chops, in a blender. Pour over the meat, cover and chill, at least 6 hours. Grill over medium coals.
