|⅔ cup||Matzo cake meal|
|½ teaspoon||Potato flour|
Beat eggs, cake meal, potato floour and salt. Knead well. Roll out on floured board to ¼ inch thickness. Cut into ¼ inch cubes.
Fry in deep fat heated to 375 F. until brown. Drain--serve in soup.
