Passover muffins

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 \N Eggs
1 teaspoon Salt
¾ cup Milk
1 cup Matzo meal
⅓ cup Matzo cake meal
4 tablespoons Oil

Beat eggs well with salt. Add milk. Add rest. Pour into greased tins and bake about 30 min. at 350F.

NOTES : These are savory, rather than sweet.
