Yield: 16 Servings
|12 ounces||Semi-sweet chocolate chips (melted in double boiler or microwaved for small amounts of time and mixed often)|
|2 cups||Matzo farfel|
|1 cup||Chopped nuts|
Date: 3 Apr 1994 21:18:14 -0400 I had these the other day, and I must say they were really very good.
1. Mix all ingredients until matzo and nuts are completely coated.
2. On an ungreased cookie sheet, take a teaspoon full at a time and place on the cookie sheet.
3. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Note: My grandmother usually makes these with a 3½ oz can of chinese noodles, the very thin round ones, instead of the matzo farfel.
