Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
3 \N Eggs
1 teaspoon Salt
½ cup Cake meal
2 tablespoons Potato flour
\N \N Fat -- for deep frying

Beat the eggs and salt together. Stir in the cake meal and potato flour.
