|2⅓ cup||Tomatoes (1 #2 can)|
|2 teaspoons||Heaping - chili powder|
|2 tablespoons||Worcestershire sauce|
|1 large||Pkg. dried beef|
|4 \N||Beaten eggs|
|1 pounds||Velveeta or American cheese|
|\N \N||Potato puffs|
Squeeze tomatoes through sieve. Simmer 10 minutes. Add chili powder and Worcestershire sauce. Cut pkg dried beef fine. Add.
Heat thoroughly. Remove from heat. Add eggs. Mix thoroughly; return to heat; cook until thick. Add cheese (cut up fine). Put all in double boiler and cook until thick.
