Yield: 1 Servings
|1 cup||Parmesan cheese|
|2 cups||Artichoke hearts (16 oz); drained, coarsely chopped|
|1 dash||Garlic powder|
|1 dash||Hot pepper sauce|
|1 can||Shrimp or crabmeat (small); drained, optional|
Combine and spread in greased baking dish. Bake 325F for 30 min or until hot. Serve with round melba toast, crackers, or tortilla chips.
Tip: Sprinkle with additional Parmesan the last 5-10 min of baking. May also be reheated in microwave. A very nice party appetizer.
