Measure | Ingredient |

1 cup | Mayonnaise |
1 cup | Parmesan cheese |
2 cups | Artichoke hearts (16 oz); drained, coarsely chopped |
1 dash | Garlic powder |
1 dash | Hot pepper sauce |
1 can | Shrimp or crabmeat (small); drained, optional |
Combine and spread in greased baking dish. Bake 325F for 30 min or until hot. Serve with round melba toast, crackers, or tortilla chips.
Tip: Sprinkle with additional Parmesan the last 5-10 min of baking. May also be reheated in microwave. A very nice party appetizer.
