Holiday dip

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Parmesan cheese
2 cups Artichoke hearts (16 oz); drained, coarsely chopped
1 dash Garlic powder
1 dash Hot pepper sauce
1 can Shrimp or crabmeat (small); drained, optional

Combine and spread in greased baking dish. Bake 325F for 30 min or until hot. Serve with round melba toast, crackers, or tortilla chips.

Tip: Sprinkle with additional Parmesan the last 5-10 min of baking. May also be reheated in microwave. A very nice party appetizer.
