Measure Ingredient
1 can (16-oz) refried beans
1 can (4-oz) chopped green chiles; drained
1 \N Envelope (1.5-oz) taco seasoning mix
2 \N Avocados; seeded and peeled
1 tablespoon Lemon jice
\N \N Taco sauce to taste
1 cup Sour cream
\N \N Shredded lettuce
1 \N Tomato; chopped
\N \N Ripe olives; sliced
\N \N Shredded cheddar cheese
\N \N Tortilla chips

Coarsley mash together avocados, lemon juice, and taco sauce; spread over bean mixture. Top with sour cream and sprinkle lettuce, tomato, olives and cheese over all. Serve with tortilla chips.
