Measure | Ingredient |
---|---|
1 cup | Mayonnaise; or salad dressing |
8 ounces | Sour cream |
1 can | Water chestnuts; drained and finely chopped |
2 tablespoons | Chopped pimiento |
1 tablespoon | Sliced green onion |
2 tablespoons | Beef flavor instant bouillon |
½ teaspoon | Worcestershire sauce |
¼ teaspoon | Garlic powder |
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well.
Cover; chill.
Stir before serving.
Garnish with additional green onion if desired.
Refrigerate leftovers.
Serve with potato chips or fresh vegetables.
Makes about 2½ cups.
