Parm and rom salad dressing

Measure Ingredient
2 ounces Parmesan cheese
2 ounces Romano cheese
2 \N Cloves garlic
1 tablespoon Parsley
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
2 tablespoons Vinegar
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Water
1½ tablespoon Honey
½ medium Onion; thinly sliced
½ cup Cucumber; thinly sliced
½ cup Radishes; thinly sliced

From: Sally Eisenberg <sparky@...> Date: Sat, 13 Jul 1996 16:01:42 -0700 Put in food procsessor, cheeses, garlic,parsley,salt & pepper mix. Now add vinegar, lemon juice, water and honey and mix well. It should have a slightly thick grain texture. Put onions , cucumber and radishes in with the mixed salad greens then spoon dressing on and mix.
