Parsley dressing

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
½ teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Ground parsley
1 teaspoon Capers; finely chopped
\N \N A few drops of lemon juice

The following are my favourite (simple) salad dressings for raw vegetables.

I have some other recipes (e.g. mayonnaise), but they are quite complicated and not yet formatted...
