Pasta salad dressing

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Green onions, sliced
⅓ cup Red wine vinegar
⅓ cup Vegetable oil
⅓ cup Olive oil
2 tablespoons Parsley, fresh, chopped
2 Cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons Dried whole basil
1 teaspoon Dried whole dillweed
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper
½ teaspoon Sugar
½ teaspoon Dried whole oregano
1½ teaspoon Dijon mustard

Combine all ingredients in a jar, and cover tightly. Shake vigorously until well mixed. Yields 1-¼ cups.
