Pain de mie for the bread machine

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 teaspoons Yeast
3¼ cup Bread flour
¾ cup Semolina flour
⅔ cup Nonfat dry milk
2 tablespoons Butter
1½ cup Water
2⅓ tablespoon Granulated sugar
1½ teaspoon Salt

Combine all ingredients and process on the basic bread setting.
