Raisin bread for bread machines

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
1⅛ cup Water
2 tablespoons Margarine or butter
2 tablespoons Sugar
¾ cup Raisins
¾ cup Raisins
¾ cup Dried diced apricots
¾ cup Dried mixed fruit, diced
¾ cup Raisins
1 teaspoon Salt
3 cups Bread flour
2½ teaspoon Yeast
1 tablespoon Cinnamon
½ teaspoon Grated orange peel

AT THE BEEP ADD

VARIATION:CINNAMON RAISIN

VARIATION: APRICOT BREAD

VARIATION: MIXED DRIED FRUIT

VARIATION: ORANGE RAISON

Note: 6 servings for Large (1½ lb) loaf, change to 4 for medium or 3 for small loaves.

Put all ingredients but the raisins in your machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer - most machines have some setting for "Mix" or "Fruit" breads that will make them beep when it's time to add the fruit. Add the raisins at the proper time.

The "Variations" can be used instead of the raisins, add at the time you'd add the raisins.
