| ⅓ | cup | Corn flake crumbs |
| 2 | ounces | Fat-free cheddar cheese (sold in slices) |
| ¼ | cup | Picante sauce |
| ¼ | Garlic salt | |
| 1 | Garlic clove (pressed; then discarded) | |
Directions
Preheat oven 400 . Coat fillets w/ corn flake crumbs. In small bowl, combine Picante sauce, salt and garlic salt. Spoon Picante sauce mixture over fillets. Place ½ slice cheese on top of each fillet and sprinkle with remaining corn flake crumbs. In broiler pan, bake fish for 15 to 20 minutes (longer if fish fillets or thicker).
